How long will it take to design my graphics?
The time it takes to complete your project will depend on how much you need done. Small packages are usually ready in 2 days. Larger projects can take up to 10 days. If there are stacks of orders ahead of you, I will email you the completion date for your designs. Note: It’s always best to get in well before your site is to go live. Getting the graphics completed early will avoid the disappointment of any time delays.
How do you deliver my files?
Your completed files are sent to your email address in WinZip format. I will keep a copy for future reference and to possibly display on my site.
Can I get a .psd of all my graphics?
When you order any package, you have the option of getting your files in .PSD
With e-covers - due to licensing restrictions of image size limits, I cannot give you the flat version. In the case where the design is totally unique and no stock images are used, you may request the flat .psd layout.
Can I order a customized graphic package?
You sure can. Just email us through our contact page, to discuss packages, such as web design, graphic design, themes, or any other graphic design you may have in mind.
Can I SAVE MONEY IF YOU BUY LARGE ORDERS?
If you intend to buy bulk amounts, please contact us. We will arrange a discount deal.
What if I don’t like my design?
If you absolutely don't like the design, you will get one revised version. If the revision is not to your satisfaction, you will have to pay to get more revisions. I do not revise complete packages without charge. I do not make refunds for any packages, only single graphics.
How many revisions do I get?
Unless otherwise stated, you get only one re-vision of each product. If you want more revisions of the design, you pay $35 per revision. To avoid disappointment, please explain in detail what you require.
Can you consult me on my design and what I should do?
Yes, please email us in regards to how we can help you, and we will give you a price list and details of our consultation services.
Can I JV with you?
I am always looking for JVs and possible project partners, so if you have suggestions, don't hesitate to contact me.
